When can I expect my delivery?

 

Processing

Please allow 1-2 days for processing.

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping

On average, please allow 2-3 days for shipping.

All orders are dispatched from our distribution centres in Johannesburg and/or Cape Town (depending on stock levels and your delivery address).

How much will my delivery cost?

Orders over R3500 are delivered free; orders under R3500 will incur a R135 delivery fee unless otherwise stipulated in your checkout process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer collections at this point.

 

International Shipping

Sorry! We currently only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not use the South African Postal Service. We can only deliver to physical addresses.
