What Payment Methods Are Available?

We offer a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayFast interface. We process MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Instant EFT (with SA’s four biggest banks), Masterpass, credit facility mobicred and the standard EFT option. We prefer the standard EFT option.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We provide delivery services via door-to-door courier and can deliver to any street address in South Africa. Deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Public holidays are excluded.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?

We will do our best to have your order delivered within 3 business days however orders could take up to 5 business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

Click the “Track Your Order” button on the top bar of our website. For your convenience you can also click this link to track your order.

How Do I Place an Order?

Locate the product you would like to order, add the number of items you require (if greater than 1) and then click on the “add to cart” button. This will add the product to you cart.

Complete the above to add additional products to your cart.

When you have completed adding to your cart, click on the shopping bag icon (you will notice the total cost of your order will reflect here) and then click on the “checkout” button.

On the checkout page, you will need to fill in your contact details, shipping details and select your payment option.

Note: Based on the payment option you select you will be redirected to the PayFast website to complete the payment of your order.

If you select the “Direct Bank Transfer” option your order will only be processed when full payment reflects in our bank account.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No. You do not need to have an account to place an order.

However, an account will give you the following benefits:

  • Quick checkout process as your details will be remembered

Can You Match Competitor Prices?

Yes we can try our best. However our prices are the best we can offer at the time of loading the product onto our website.
