I was very pleased with the overall service and customer experience that I received from Shumata. I received my delivery within 3 business days and I could track my goods via the online tracking tool.
Received the exact item and it was in perfect condition.
I received my package on time and it was in good condition. The only problem i encountered was the tracking of my package or delivery. It had been stuck at “Processing” even on the day the delivery was made, I would recommend that they keep updating that.
Very good price compared to other companies.
