I received my package on time and it was in good condition. The only problem i encountered was the tracking of my package or delivery. It had been stuck at “Processing” even on the day the delivery was made, I would recommend that they keep updating that.

I ordered 4 comm boards for my OG3.24 Kodak Inverters. One was delivered within a few days, I was very impressed to receive the card (card No: 16-501026-01G), as per order #428140, quickly and I could fix one inverter, as I am in a very deep rural area, without an Eskom supply. I am generating my own power. The other 3 was only delivered some time later, thus the 4 rating.
it took two days to be collected from your depot which is not your fault but the courier company, it only got collected after I made contact with the courier company
