I have requested a VAT invoice twice. No response received
There’s no communication from the seller until after delivery. But delivery is quite efficient.
I would give it a 4.5 but I was expecting a navy watch as depicted in the picture, but didn’t get that, only a turquoise blue one. I’d rather have ordered black then. But everything else great,
Does not come with charging cable or adapter
waiting to get a competent person to assist, using the cables correctly
The wire is great, but , there was a hole in the black wire’s wrapping. It weight 600g lighter than the red cable Don’t know at what stage it was stolen out.
Courier charge was excessive compared to other on-line stores. No option at checkout to select courier rates.
There was an unexpected delay in delivery. The goods were received in good condition. Thanks
2 white caps were broken; can’t resell!
I would rate a 5 because of honestly amazing prices and really speedy delivery but, when paying using i-Pay FnB warned that your store was a suspicious source so that lost you points but otherwise absolutely great service
